Several Points
Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this draft assessment and I urge the authors to more thoroughly consider several points they raise in this draft in the context of the Center's goals: -lack of clarity on the problems and performance in the global health product development system (pages 7, 9 and 24), -lack of agreement on resource allocation (pages 9 and 37), -weakness of the PDPs to plan for product distribution, adoption, and use (pages 44 and 45). -role of biotech/pharma industry (Appendix E).
